In 2008, I followed that passion and received my education at the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, California. This then launched my massage career and I worked at a variety of luxury spas in and around the Bay Area. In 2016, after returning from living in Edinburgh, Scotland I started working at Spa Radiance, in San Francisco California where I continue to work to this day.

I realized I had a deep passion for lymphatic massage, so went back to school and became a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist of the Vodder Technique through Klose Training.

Lymphatic work combined with proper nutrition, I believe can transform the way we exist in day to day life. I think with a few tools, and understanding of how the body works and why it does what it does, we can live our daily lives feeling calmer, more connected, healthier, and happier.

I became passionate about health and fitness in 2012 when I finally decided I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. I have over a decade of research and expertise in nutrition and countless people I’ve worked with teaching them tools to live healthier lives and lose weight. I believe everybody and every body is different and there is no one size fits all to weight loss. We can learn what works best for you and your body together.

Just as I mentioned above regarding fitness and weight loss, I believe just as strongly that there is no one size fits all when it comes to massage either. I strive to find those minute differences in each person so that when you leave our sessions, you feel like there is forward momentum in your own personal journey. I believe that there can be just as much relief through giggling through a session, as there is through silence and deep breathing.  I look forward to beginning our practice together.
