Policies
Cancellations:
24 hour advance notice is required for canceling. If you wish to cancel after that 24 window, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your upcoming service. Should you be experiencing Covid or Covid like symptoms this fee will be waived.
Clients who forget about their appointments and are not at their residence upon arrival will be charged the full amount of their service. This policy can reviewed on a case by case basis.
Consent:
Verbal consent will be given by the client for any lymphatic work done prior to the start of the service. This consent may be revoked at any point at the massage by the discretion of the client.
Clients may choose to leave clothing on or disrobe to their level of comfort. Draping practices to the standards of the American Massage Therapy Association will be practiced. Only the area being worked on will be undraped.
The client has the right to request changes to pressure, area of massage, music, lighting or anything pretaining to their body and emotional and physical comfort at any point during the service.
Forms:
Prior to the start of our first lymphatic drainage service, an intake form will be sent out to be completed before the start of our fist appointment. This is for your safety and to ensure the work we do is optimal and approved by your physician.
Clients will also sign a liability waiver before their first session. A copy will be e-mailed per client request
